The Safelist is a numeric-alpha ordered list of license plates of vehicles that are currently registered. If a vehicle is on the list, it’s OK to be parked—if not, it’s not. It’s that simple.
Special Permits (created by Managers) are also on the Safelist. Selecting any license plate will take you to the vehicle record.

Recent - If a vehicle is in this list, the permit recently expired.  Per the community or parking area policy the next step should be:
Option 1 - Tow (this is only if the policy states tow is the appropriate action).
