How do I issue a violation?

  1. Log into your Parking Boss Account - choose Parking Manager.

  2. Choose the Enforcement option from the menu on the left.

  3. Open Field Agent App which is the first option under Enforcement.

  4. Select Lookup from the left-hand side or at the bottom of the screen. If you are on a cell phone, use the magnifying glass icon to lookup the license plate.

  5. Enter the license plate number for the vehicle in violation of the parking rules. If a vehicle does not have a license plate, the license plate field placeholder should be VIN + xxxx (the last four digits of the vehicle's VIN number).                        NOTE: Some communities use the last five digits of the vehicle's VIN number.

  6. Select Record Violation and enter the required information - Add notes to include additional details - don’t forget to take photos and enter the Parking Boss Warning violation sticker number! (You do not need to be using Parking Boss Warning stickers to issue violations, simply leave the field blank.)

Keep in mind, any vehicle issued a violation with the Parking Boss Warning sticker will be able to view all of the violation details added by the issuer, including the photos and notes.

If you are not using Parking Boss Warning stickers and would like to, contact us - [email protected].

NOTE: Parking Boss Violation stickers and tow company stickers are most easily removed with rubbing alcohol or Goo Gone brand remover.
