If you are a resident of a community utilizing Parking Boss all you need is your address or unit number and your Passcode to access the options through the community's Parking Attendant. If you are a resident and you have forgotten your Passcode you will need to reach out to the community's management for your Passcode. You can also try to recover your Passcode from the community's Parking Attendant.
Question: How do I add users to my Parking Boss Account?
As a security precaution, Parking Boss does not add users to your account without a written request from you. Here's an easy way for you to give a community teammate or patrol/tow enforcement partners access:
BEST PRACTICE: Assign patrol/tow enforcement Field Agent access.
Select Team from the left-hand side menu when you are logged into your Parking Boss account as Parking Manager.
Now you will see 2 options - Full Access and Enforcement Only. Full Access users can see everything in the Parking Boss account. Enforcement Only users will only be able to access Field Agent (choose this for patrol/enforcement/security/tow).
To add a Patrol Field Agent, from the top of your window view select Enforcement Only.
On the right-hand side, enter the email address of the person you would like to create access for - this will send them an email that allows them to select a password and move forward.
