Amenity Boss

Full access Amenity Boss users can grant and revoke access to people on their team. Below are step by step instructions and videos for both Amenity and Parking Boss.

Steps:

Adding Users

After opening Amenity Manager, go to the Settings tab.

On the right-hand side of the screen, enter their email into the box.

Under the Access drop-down, choose whether they will have view only or full access.

Full access users will be able to fully utilize Amenity Manager. View only users will only have access to the Live View and the Pass Log.

Click 'Grant Access' to send them an email that will prompt them to create a password and give them access.

Deleting Users

To delete a user, click the 'X' to the right of their name and email.

Scroll to the bottom of the users and click the blue 'Revoke Access' button.

TIP: We recommend giving full access to anyone in the leasing office. View only access can work well for your maintenance team, pool monitors, etc.

Parking Boss

Full access Parking Boss Boss users can grant and revoke access to people on their team.

Steps:

Adding Users

After opening Parking Manager, go to the Team tab.

Under the Full Access column. enter in their email and click 'Grant Full Access'. This is recommended for anyone in the leasing office.

For anyone specifically enforcing at the community (i.e. tow company, security patrol) we recommend granting them Enforcement Only Access. Under the Enforcement Only Access column enter in their email and click 'Grant Enforcement Only'.

Granting an email access will send them an email to generate their password. The link will be active for 24 hours. If they do not get to it in time they will need to be granted access again.

Deleting Users

Find the user you want to delete and click 'Options' -> 'Remove' to revoke their access.
