Before your residents make a reservation, you may want them to acknowledge a waiver, agreement, or other informational PDF. Some information may be easier to include in a PDF than in other sections of your amenity.
Steps:
To upload a document, go to Amenities and click “Edit.”
Under ‘General Rules & Limits’ there is an option to attach a document at the bottom of the page.
Click “Attach Document…” to upload a PDF from your computer.
Be sure to click “Save” at the bottom of the screen to save your work.
TIP: If you want to make sure your residents acknowledge and/or agree to the document, include that under Pass Settings in the ‘Agreement’ box. This is the wording that will be associated with the checkbox that residents must check off on in order to reserve an Amenity Pass.
Note: Only PDFs can be uploaded.
