How to Use Amenity Pass

Read or watch the video included on how to create a pass, cancel a pass, and create passes for multiple people.

Residents can use Amenity Pass to reserve time at your amenities with their passcode provided by management. Please reach out to the leasing/management office if you forgot your password or need to change it.

Below are written and video instructions. If you wish to skip to the video, please scroll to the bottom.

Creating a Pass

To create a pass, first go to amenitypass.com using a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. Google Chrome is the most compatible browser.

If it is your first time using this device you will need to search your community by name in the box near the top where it says "Find location by name".

Click on your community.

Click on the amenity you want to create a pass for.

You can select between the Availability on the left and the Rules on the right. Please see if your community has made any additional rules there before creating a pass.

Under Availability choose the available time and click "Continue".

Always enter your unit, passcode, and name. You may also need to add your phone number and email if those are required.

Click on the agreement box, acknowledging that you agree to all of the terms and conditions.

Finally, click on "Get Pass" to get your pass. You can always come back to your passes by clicking the "Your Passes" tab on the left-hand side of the screen.

Creating a Pass for Multiple People

To create passes for multiple people, follow the steps listed above for all the people who wish to go to the amenity with you. It is important that everyone has their own pass so occupancy limits are met correctly. If someone in your group is unable to create the pass themselves, someone else in the group can do it for them as long as they know their information.

NOTE: Each person needs their own pass (unless the limit is set to ONE apartment).

Canceling a Pass

To cancel a pass, go to the "Your Passes" tab on the left-hand side of the screen.

Select a future pass (it will be in gray) by clicking on it.

Scroll to the bottom of the pass and click "Cancel Pass".

Enter your passcode and click "Cancel Pass" to credit the time back to you. This will allow you to sign up for another pass at a different time!

NOTE: You can only cancel a pass before it has started.
