How Managers Can Cancel Amenity Reservations and Credit Time Back

Amenity Boss: Managers are able to cancel resident's passes and credit time back to them

Full Access and View Only users on the account have the ability to cancel a pass/reservation before the time starts. Managers also have the ability to credit time back to a resident for an Amenity Pass.

To cancel a pass before the pass session starts:

  1. Click on the Pass Log tab in the main menu

  2. Find the pass you want to cancel (using the date filter might help)

  3. Scroll to the far right and click “Cancel Pass" (you will need to inform the resident of the cancellation)

To credit a household back for an amenity pass:

  1. Click on the Pass Log tab in the main menu

  2. Find the pass you want to credit back (using the date filter might help)

  3. Scroll to the far right and click “Credit Time"

TIP: Users now have the ability to view multiple days at once. Select your date range on the calendars to the left of the 'Download Spreadsheet' button.

NOTE: Remember, residents still have the ability to cancel their own passes before their pass time starts.
