Help updating a Smart Decal or issuing a Special Pass when a resident has a car in the shop for repairs or a rental car.

Question: A resident's car will be in the shop for repairs and they will be driving a rental car. How would I keep this rental car from being towed?


There are 2 options for this scenario:

  1. Issue a Printed Pass with time period the pass is valid for and the reason.

  2. Issue a guest parking Special Permit - select this option if the rental car should be parked in the designated Guest Parking area.
