Save the login URL to your browser's bookmarks:
Your username and password instructions will be sent by email when a Community Boss Manager sets up your account. If you didn't receive an email, check your account's spam / junk folders. If you are unable to locate the login and welcome email from Community Boss, try to reset your password.
All Community Boss usernames are an email address. Follow these steps to reset your password.
Enter your email address and select Continue.
Select Send Reset Link.
Check for an email with instructions for logging into your Community Boss account and resetting your password.
Select Change Password from the left-hand side menu.
If you are still unable to login, confirm the email address used to create your account with your Community Boss Manager.
