Autofill can be beneficial for quick login to our app, or for entering frequently-used info (like license plate numbers, names, phone numbers, etc.) for Amenity or Parking pass purposes. Autofill capabilities may vary based on several factors such as device, browser, and privacy settings.
The following steps will guide you to enabling autofill / autocomplete on your Android or iOS device.
Android
Open Settings on your Android device: Navigate to your device's main Settings menu. You can find the Settings app in your app drawer or by pulling down the notification shade and tapping the gear icon.
Go to System Settings:
In the Settings menu, scroll down and select "System." This may vary slightly depending on your Android version; for some devices, you may need to look for "General Management" or simply "Languages & input."
Access Languages & Input:
Within the System menu, find and select "Languages & input." On some devices, this might be directly under the main settings menu. It may also be under "Advanced" if you do not see it here.
Select Autofill Service:
Tap on "Autofill service" under the Languages & input settings. This option might also be listed as "Autofill" in some Android versions.
iOS
For Apple devices these settings are app-specific. The following steps are for the default browser, Safari. Take similar steps for your preferred browser.
Go to Settings > Apps > Safari
Tap AutoFill, then do the following:
Set up contact info: Turn on Use Contact Info, tap My Info, then choose your contact card. The contact information from that card is entered when you tap AutoFill on webpages in Safari.
